Services Provided: Money Moves Productions offers multimedia production services including, but not limited to, videography, photography, graphic design, and marketing strategies. All services are provided as outlined in client agreements.
No Guarantees: While the Company strives to deliver high-quality work tailored to client needs, outcomes such as engagement, traffic, or revenue improvements cannot be guaranteed.
Third-Party Content: The Company may use third-party software, tools, or platforms to deliver services. The Company is not responsible for errors, downtimes, or limitations associated with these third-party services.
Intellectual Property: Ownership of all creative assets, including videos, images, and designs, remains with the Company until full payment is received. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these assets is prohibited.
Liability: The Company will not be held liable for damages arising from delays, cancellations, or force majeure events outside its control.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection: The Company collects client information, including contact details, project briefs, and payment information, solely for the purpose of delivering services.

Payments
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required to confirm bookings. The project will not commence until the deposit is received.
